Your appearance creates the first impression for guests. When you present yourself neatly and appropriately, you help bring a good impression to the guests and represent your organization in a positive way. Dressing properly also helps you look professional and confident in your role. When you look good, you feel good, and that confidence can improve your attitude and performance at work. By maintaining proper dress and grooming, you show respect for yourself, your workplace, and the people you serve.
Always arrive on time and in full uniform.

Report concerns to your lead promptly rather than letting them escalate.
Represent PCC with pride in everything you do.
Bathe daily to maintain proper hygiene and ensure freshness throughout the workday.
Apply basic make-up using neutral colors to achieve a clean, natural, and professional appearance.
Prepare and style hair neatly to keep it tidy and well-groomed at all times.
Hair: Natural hair color, neatly tied in a bun with no visible parting and no loose strands.
Wear red lipstick neatly and appropriately to enhance a polished and confident look.
All employees must maintain clean, well-groomed nails at all times. Nail polish or colored coatings are not permitted on both fingernails and toenails.
Complete these grooming steps before going to work to present a professional and well-prepared image.

Use deodorant to maintain a fresh scent.
Keep hair clean, neatly trimmed, and properly styled.
Shave regularly (daily if necessary).
All employees must maintain clean, well-groomed nails at all times. Nail polish or any colored coatings are not permitted.

Only wear a black or brown strapped sandals. Wear closed-toe black shoes if you are working in the line or scraping area.
Remove all jewelry while working. Only a simple wedding band/ring, engagement ring, and watch are permitted.
For female employees, only a pair of white pearl studs may be worn.
